These terms govern use of the Shore Works Catalog (shoreworksnj.com) and Review Collector, both operated by Shore Works.
Shore Works Catalog
The Catalog is a directory of South Jersey businesses. Listings are submitted by business owners and may be reviewed before publishing. We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms.
Review Collector — who it's for
Review Collector lets a business owner send their own customers a link asking for feedback and, where appropriate, a Google review. It is for contacting a business's own existing customers — people they have already done business with. By adding a customer's phone number or email to the tool, the business owner confirms they have that person's consent to be contacted about their experience, and that the phone number was obtained directly, not from a purchased or third-party list.
Messaging
Review requests are sent by SMS and/or email. Message frequency is typically one message per customer interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell a customer's phone number or messaging consent with third parties for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use either service to send unsolicited messages, spam, marketing campaigns, or messages to anyone who has not consented to be contacted. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Google reviews
Review Collector links to a business's own public Google review page. We do not post, edit, or fabricate reviews on anyone's behalf — every review is written and submitted by the customer themselves, directly on Google.
No warranty
Both services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee listing placement, message delivery, uninterrupted availability, or that any particular customer will leave a review.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
